Theatre & new technology workshop
In the workshop, theatre makers in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Iceland created separate parts of the performance, without travelling to another location. The main stage for the experiment was a multicamera studio at the Lillehammer University College. The participants from the University of Tampere produced motion captured performance data and virtual lightning design that was transmitted to the main stage in real-time.
Stunt & mocap workshop
Keho Interactive, in collaboration with Arts Promotion Centre Finland, Finnish Stage Combat Society and Sorin Sirkus, hosted a workshop on 27.-30.1.2017 of on Motion capture and stunt-technology. The workshop included lessons from Carrie Thiel, a motion capture expert and choreographer from The Lord of the Rings movies.
